As the global delivery manager for WeKnowInc it is part of my job to empower our engineers to transcend from ticket takers to technical advisors, professional consultants that anticipate our clients' needs.

Another part of my job, which I enjoy very much, is evangelism. We don't just stumble upon talent or do wide-cast recruiting, instead, we take an active role in many tech communities such as the Costa Rican Drupal Community which yearly hosts a Drupal camp in the most beautiful locations. I had the pleasure of talking to a multitude of very talented young students and junior professionals.

These guys and girls will most likely become the thought leaders of the next decade.
